Welcome my beautiful clients and future clients . Thank you for choosing me to service you 📍SOUTHAVEN, MS FOR ALL FIRST TIME CLIENTS: A $25 non-refundable deposit is due if/after your appointment is confirmed by me. Nothing will come off of the card you put on file. It is only there for NO SHOW purposes!!! If you do not receive a confirmation that your appointment has been approved, do not send a deposit. After your appointment is confirmed, you have 25 minutes to send your deposit via cash app ($vajahhh). If your deposit is not sent within that time frame, your appointment will be cancelled. One deposit goes towards only ONE appointment. If you are to reschedule, you must send a new deposit to secure your appointment. FOR ALL CLIENTS: Remaining balance is due in CASH ONLY. Please bring exact change. I will not have cash back. I am now accepting new kid clients! Must be ages 8 to 13 only! If you have long/thick hair, please add that service along with your braid service! If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $15 fee. If you have short hair, contact me BEFORE booking! Hair is not included! All information regarding hair needed for a specific service is located under that service! Your hair should be freshly washed, free of ANY product, stretched and blow dried upon arrival. If not, you will be turned around, and your appointment will be cancelled. PLEASE ARRIVE AT TIME SCHEDULED. I WILL NOT TAKE YOU EARLIER, wait in your car until scheduled time. Being 10 minutes late will result in a $20 fee. After 15 minutes past your scheduled time(meaning if you are not sitting in my chair within the 15 minutes), your appointment will be cancelled… no exceptions! All no call/no shows will be banned from booking with me! Space is limited, so please do not bring any extra guests whatsoever. Please allow extra time for all styles. I will not rush on your hair for any reason! By booking with me, you are agreeing to ALL of these terms!
